Shipping Policy
Old Chicago is pleased to offer shipping to our customers. We are committed to processing and dispatching your orders in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is placed. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Old Chicago. If you are not satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided by our customer service team.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
